I don't see how anyone can deny his quality any more? Yeah I know he hasn't won a team trophy but to hit the numbers he does on a consistent basis is ridiculous. God I hope he wins the UCL to get that off his back.Reached 400 career goals for club and country today as well. Warra season!
The only argument anyone can try to make now is the big games argument that pops up, because it's true that he's never scored in or influenced a final although you can say he'd been injured and rushed back and clearly not fit for two of the ones he played for us.I don't see how anyone can deny his quality any more? Sure. But as an individual you can't argue his ability whatsoever. And he may not have turned up in finals per say but he has turned up in other big games like v City, NLDs etc.The only argument anyone can try to make now is the big games argument that pops up, because it's true that he's never scored in or influenced a final although you can say he'd been injured and rushed back and clearly not fit for two of the ones he played for us.
Source?CR7 to join HK9 at Bayern?
from what I heard its a loan with a huge part of his wages being covered.
gosh... i guess the Saudi experiment is over.
I might be wrong (again) and without checking, but someone told me Mo Salah has never scored from open play in a Cup Final. So whilst contributions vary and are desirable, it isn't something i'd particularly use to criticise him for, for Salah, assuming the stat is correct, other players turned up as befits a team sport and it's barely, if ever mentioned. Kane's record is just an easy bollocksy stick for opposition fans(and some of our free thinkers ) to beat him with. The only argument anyone can try to make now is the big games argument that pops up, because it's true that he's never scored in or influenced a final although you can say he'd been injured and rushed back and clearly not fit for two of the ones he played for us.
Salah wont get criticised similarly because Liverpool have won a few of those finals, whereas we have lost every final we’ve made since 2008.I might be wrong (again) and without checking, but someone told me Mo Salah has never scored from open play in a Cup Final. Not necessarily fair, but there you go

I can't think of anything worse...Cristiano Ronaldo to Bayern?! German businessman sends shock email to Bundesliga giants with insane plan to sign Al-Nassr star | Goal.com Singapore
A German entrepreneur has made a remarkable offer to fund a move to bring Cristiano Ronaldo to Bayern Munich.www.goal.com
I think it's already been dismissed. But seeing them together would be interesting.
I always feel Kane looks up to CR7, I think he will really enjoy the chance to play with the legendary striker. We know the kind of job he can do playing deeper. With CR7 at the end of this through balls... That would be a thing of beauty.I can't think of anything worse...
A 39yr old who refuses to play second fiddle to anybody moving to a high intensity league. Would see him arguing about penalty duties and wanting to be the centre of attention.
They might now win it but back in August I was quick to counter those poo pooing Bayerns chances in the CL, many were saying they won’t make the Qtrs never mind now being in the semi’s and going toe to toe with Madrid. For those who are saying Kane has ‘no chance’ of winning the CL with Bayern, their record over the last 10-15 years in the CL is pretty damn impressive and adding a player like Kane could be the difference for them just like City adding Haaland.
Bayern’s CL Record:
The last 25 years:
•3x winner
•3x runner-up
•5x semi-finalists
•8x quarter-finalists
Qualified for the last 16 in 24 of their last 25 seasons!

Yeah didnt he play 2 finals in one season against chelsea, they won both on penalties and they scored 0 goals.I might be wrong (again) and without checking, but someone told me Mo Salah has never scored from open play in a Cup Final.
