I doubt the club would make a statement until ether after the appeal, and only then if the ruling is not it Paratici’s favour I think, or if we decide to let him go. Otherwise he’s just working as normal and why would we want to bring more attention to it.

This is Italy guys they make and break the rules all the time especially at the top. I'm betting it will be rescinded or at the very least suspended. They love a drama and I wouldn't be surprised that the Juventus 15 points reduction will be lifted also.

We can't sit around waiting for an appeal, which might take months. It is inevitable that FIFA and UEFA will endorse the decision and make the ban worldwide. I expect an announcement that Paratici has left the club by mutual consent. Levy knows that inaction will sour any potential investment in the club.

This is down to Levy not carrying out due diligence (the offences date back to 2012). I read, a few weeks back, that there were 3 separate investigations ongoing - this ban is the result of just one of the three. There is also an ongoing criminal investigation.

Strange we only heard about this a few months ago. Already they’re handing out punishments! Was Paratici and the rest of them interviewed? Was there a hearing? Were they able to put forward a defense with legal representation? Funny none of our ITKs or Ally Gold didn’t mention anything about Paratici being interviewed or going to a hearing?
Sounds a lot like a Star Chanber sort of justice!
There is no way they don’t appeal. Remember Man City we’re found guilty of cooking the books to get around FFP and after an appeal nothing happened to them.

Once again any reason to bash Daniel Levy. Whilst I'm not close to being a BSODL member I've understood why he'd still be involved financially in any deals.

Regardless of whether the ban counts here or not, the club should fire him immediately. He got the longest ban of the lot too!

It is a disgrace to be associated with someone like him, a cheat and fraud.

Levy’s judgement when it comes to hiring people is absolutely horrendous.

He was hired 2yrs ago I think with negotiations extending further back. exactly how was DL to know the inner workings at Juventus? Why is there this constant need to BASH DL..... I'm not close to being a supporter of his workings but at least try to be balanced in your criticism. Levy has no control or knowledge of the inner workings at another club.
