Right. What the fuck's going on here? United went up 3-0 and I went out to cook dinner and I've come back in and the game's still on.

Funny.

But I’d like Howard Webb to explain why that is a penalty and the Ashley Young handball earlier is not. I’ve no idea these days what is and isn’t handball but you can’t have 2 different decisions on the same day for almost identical instances.

He would say something along the lines that neither decision on the field was a clear an obvious error.

Rashford was a disgrace, went over on a dive and stayed down then went off, can’t believe anything wrong with him

I've been watching this for like 20 minutes and I've only just realised Antony is on the pitch.

Yes you’re probably right. In saying that though he would be admitting that it’s almost entirely down to human judgment which would then lead to the obvious question regarding his own judgment to appoint Atwell as VAR despite Forest’s objections. If Sky/Michael Owen choose to really take him to task on all of that, I think it would be worth watching.

Has anyone ever thought officiating football wasn't down to human judgment?

You create more consistency overall by using VAR more. By using a high standard for var you get more calls where the ref was wrong but not clearly wrong. Until the football culture of England loses this ideal of minimal var use then you will continue to see this weekly.

How this disjointed united side have spawned a probable cup final and remain sniffing around European footy will never cease to amaze me.
