We know where his priorities lie now. Get him out asap and wait for the interviews slagging the club off I guess.

The funny thing is though that some fans seem pretty resigned to us not winning anything under ENIC so just want attractive football so maybe he's not massively off with the lack of a winning culture even though he bears responsibility for what's happened under his watch.

That's right. The game is about glory, for this club, and so we tend to fit exceptional mavericks in the side rather than league winning workhorses.

Conte was never going to give us entertaining football, but winning the league would have made a nice change, and the chase would have been entertaining, if not the football.

I thought he was a good appointment. He is a strange guy and he himself is a good fit, but he clearly doesn't want to be here any more.
