Bye.

No matter if he is speaking truth to power, you don’t throw the players and owner under the bus.

Toxic.

So I guess he will retract his comments about fans being impatient as maybe we're right to be pissed off if we use his own words today against him.

Yep can't wait for the next manager to say Dier could be world class and Sanchez cost £40m, and Milan wanted Tanganga for £20m so he must be good
Levy just holds onto players forever. I get we don't want to be a selling club but every single club sells when the money's right and they can reinvest. Does anyone think we were better off keeping Dier, Alli, Moura?

Hes right, we will sack a Top Manager fighting for 4th to hire a new Manager and fight for 4th.

Nothing will change with Levy at the helm.
Let's deal with one problem at a time. We have more than one issue. What's the point of this statement?

A bit staggered how many are supporting our manager coming out and saying “you are a small team” but I guess I’ve never really been into submissive roleplay.

He’s not doing it to help. He’s doing it to absolve himself.

Of course he's doing it to absolve himself, but he's also saying what a number of fans have felt for ages about the owners.

I don't think he survives this, even though I agree with some of what he says. BUT why didn't he mix it up, drop players to the bench, play some kids, try different tactics - ANYTHING?!?!??!

Then why is he making excuses?
So true! He’s made excuses the whole time so he can’t have it both ways, there is no doubt about it that the uncertainty of Conte’s future has effect the players and fans from day 1, i think if he’d signed an extension after the World Cup our 2nd half of the season could’ve been very different and a man of his experience in football should understand the impact that stability can have on players and a club.
