So Capoue was too late, Huddlestone and Livermore registered before their moves, Walker takes #2, Townsend gets Gio's #17, and no sign of Scott Parker (and Paulinho has his shirt number) - interesting.

EDIT: Wholesale changes now. All the 'B' list players added (marked with *) - Livermore and Huddlestone out, Capoue in. Holtby still #23, as opposed to his #14 in the league.

Not sure when the registration deadlines are this year but according to http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles.../Regulations/01/80/06/31/1800631_DOWNLOAD.pdf
18.14 on page 28, there are different deadlines for each qualifying play off round and the group stage. Even after the deadline one more player can be added to the list as long as it is before midnight on the day of the first leg.

Cheers that is what I thought, so this list is just for the first 2 legged knock out round

no, he is too old now

this was from the 2011/12 season rules

A player may be registered on List B if he is born on or after 1 January 1990
and has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted
period of two years since his 15th birthday by the time he is registered with
UEFA. Players aged 16 may be registered on List B if they have been
registered with the participating club for the previous two years without
interruption.

so now it would have to be 1st January 1992?
So Carroll just gets in, but Falque was born in January 1990
