Nein. They can be a bastard of a team to play in a competition like this. They blew Ajax out of the water last season in the round of 32 - crushed them.

Gomez hasn't been that great at Fiorentina, injury problems and very mixed performances when he has played. Rossi constantly struggles with injury problems. He'll most likely be back by then, but who knows how he'll be.
Kind of similar to us in that they have some very good players on paper, but just struggle to make a consistent side. Their fans will probably think the same about us, to be fair. It'll be an interesting match up, but I do think that we're a better team.

Talking of this, when I recently flew to Poland some twat took our bags out to put his in. He was sitting in the row in front and got on at the end so there was no more space. He tried squeezing our bags along and when he decided it wouldn't work he just took out ours and put his and his wife's in. I was quite shocked, thought it was such a brazen thing to do. He was looking around whilst doing it too and I pretended to not notice. After he sat down and buckled up I got up and did the same to him, very casually. He didn't say or do anything, just sat there looking rather flustered. I called the stewardess when I finished and told her to find him a place to put his bags. He kept apologising after that acting like he didn't realise what he'd done and that he thought they belonged to someone somewhere else. What a twerp.

wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being two really close matches between two rather equal teams. I would however be extremely surprised if Spurs destroy Fiorentina. Thinking that we are beyond doubt superior to them is really out there.

It could have been better I agree but it could have been worse, but I am looking forward to it and the trip.
