I discovered their stadium, and I just dont like the away section. It is like looking behind the goal. Not sure if it is worth the trip with such a view for me

Is it just me who thinks the Europa League is more interesting than the CL?

CL is the same clubs facing each other over and over again and is basically a damning indictment of modern football with the mega rich super clubs dominating.

Cheers, need flights from Zurich, Basle, Stuttgart or Straßbourg as I am living in South Germany. But maybe need an adiitional flight to London to see our epic win in the Capital One Cup :D
If I remember correctly from when I lived there, I'd check with Airberlin. They fly into Florence Peretola, which is hugely convenient, from several of the places you mentioned.

I'd take Fiorentina any day, other than Rossi, who will probably be injured, they have a real lack of threats, considering that I reckon Cuardardo will be gone in Jan, winnable game over 2 legs..

Cheers, yeah found a few solid offers but the fact, that the away section seems to be utter shit I am rethinking my travel plans

Well, I may be biased, but the combination of Florence and Spurs would be more than enough for me to overcome such an obstacle. Then again, my wife may insist on us sitting with the home fans :sorry:

Anyone know the answer to the previous question about why they didn't also draw the next round which they have done the last few years?

I would rather player Fiorentina than most other seeded clubs. They have looked very unorganized this year.

Can't say I've seen them play its just that Italian teams are usually pretty savvy and know how to get the job done. Not the worst draw though and the fact they have Savic in their defence gives me hope. I remember him being total pants at Man City.

isnt it after this round they then normally draw the next 2 rounds (last 16 and quarter final) ?

Did us and Everton not make the knockouts?

Seen enough of Fiorentina this year to say we can beat them. They only have one big player in Cuadrado right now.

+ Mario Gomez and Rossi. Pretty potent striking force. If they can ever make it onto the field, that is.
