It’s 2023 mate. As far as I know they have electricity, phones, computers and the interweb both in Germany, Australia and Southeast Asia.
Levy can be in control from wherever he is. And he’s very likely not doing all the detailed work (he just tells those who do exactly, in minute detail, what and how to do it).

Munn is freelance at the moment, apparently. So he can work on this deal while Levy does the promotion rounds in Australia.

So I think we just have to look at it plainly, we're probably only going to get one CB and the preference is Tapsoba. If we were going to be able to get two then it's likely VDV would have been pushed through for the tour.
Still a possibility of two but I think it's an outside bet based on how thing's have transpired thus far in the situation and history.

If my memory is correct we bought Davies when on tour in the US during Poch's first summer.
I don't think being on tour is the limiting factor.

Yeah we’re out there until the end of the month so no rush. Ideally we’ll have someone signed for when the players get back or soon after.
