It started when Marco Rose went to Dortmund. Then Neuhaus got injured and became a shadow of the player he was. Then lost Sommer to Munchen and Thuram to Inter.

Couple that with some poor managerial appointments (Daniel Farke FFS) and you're looking at a club sliding out of the league.

It seems the contract is only going to last until the Euros are over so he might yet go to Real next summer.

This doesn't have a great thread to place in - but I thought it was a class move by Brentford's Schade, and it involves Union Berlin, who recently appointed a woman to be part of the 1st team coaching staff after sacking their manager (she had previously been working with the new manager in the U19s set-up):
