Great fight - props to Whyte for staying up so long, good for AJ as he would have learnt much more that the previous 15 k.o's. Never seen him rocked like that before but I think he was getting a little too cocky in the 1st and could have really weighed him in but chose not to and nearly got punished for it.
That's what we all wanted to see though - how he'd react when he was caught properly for the first time. He did well to recover, he shifted his game plan to boxing Whyte instead of trying to blast him out of there and it got him the ko later. Very good performance and a big learning fight as yourself and others have said.

I really enjoyed the whole pay per view

Was gutted for Kevin Mitchell, very talented and such a nearly man. Sad to see him knocked out for a four time and hard to see where he goes from here.

Eubank looked impressive, fast but not as powerful as I may have expected and he also looked open a few times and doesn't seem to have the punch resistance of his dad (or power though better movement and handspeed)

I was hyped for the AJ fight, I never really thought Whyte was going to win (even in the second) but it was an exciting match and I enjoyed every minute of it. I'm hoping we see AJ in with Chisora now and perhaps Whyte with Price on the same bill

Have to say, best night of boxing I've seen in a long time, that fella mitchell fought looked proper handy to be fair...

Finally a heavyweight bout that actually felt like a fight, haven't seen that for years.. was brilliant.

Saunders is the latest world champ after out pointing Lee

A rematch with Eubank Jr might be his most profitable option next

That means Britain now has 12 current world champions. It is a great time to be a boxing fan here as the good fights are coming thick and fast.

Rematch would be interesting for Saunders/Eubank, although I still think Saunders would do it, Eubank has come on a bit since then but not enough IMO

Eubank has improved and there are still doubts over Saunders fitness, he did nothing in the 2nd half of the fight last night.

They will all avoid Golovkin though.

His most profitable option is really 3G, even though he will get beat. Eubank Jr must be gutted that Saunders is champ and he's not.

I dunno - how much money did Martin murray make for fighting GGG?

While ggg is widely regarded as one of the best fighters in the world in boxing circles he's still not known to the casual fan really

Eubank via his dad and sky's recent marketing is - it would he a domestic title match and a repeat grudge match on sky.

I think domestically it's a bigger selling more profitable fight right now despite ggg being a better/bigger name in the wider world of boxing

I suppose now he has a belt he'd hAve more to bring to the negotiations than murray did and get a bigger slice of what would be a bigger pie now ggg is being pushed in the states as the next ppv star after Floyd

I still think for now - the domestic match with Chris jr would make him more money

I don't know but 3G made his first million dollar purse, I reckon Murray would have made half of that.

Haye looked alright. I reckon I could have knocked that guy out and I only weigh like 12 stone and I'm barely even a world class pugilist.
