i disagree. I think our scattergun approach has been the problem. Not just the club but the fans have let down more than a few managers with potential to succeed given the time. Jol\Redknapp. Regardless of whether the majority of fans liked them they were moving the club forward. Jol should still be in charge. We should be on our 3rd generation of his master plan. Im usuing Jol as an expample BTW. but you can see my point. We are like managment magpies. seeing the next shiny new manager that catches our eye and then drop the shiny manager we currently have, It just doesnt work.Wenger isnt the fans favourite. many arse fans think he is past it. But he remains in charge and continues to bring them champions league footbal every year. and the odd cup. They have also been restricted by their stadium build. I have said it many times but I will say it again. continuity is key to be a success. or massive piles of cash ala Man City. We dont have the cash........
