It’s been said many times by others…He does remind me of Patrick Viera.

His potential is fantastic. He has developed so nicely is a short period, but still looks raw.

Good kid too. Brilliant call from FP

The reaction needed to finish that chance, on his weaker foot and on the angle, was elite. That's striker reflexes. He's a top, top player. We're set for the next decade with him and Bergvall.

Insane thing to say. Bergvall hasn't stepped foot on the pitch for us yet and you've got him in our line up in 2034?

Sarr is such the hipster 😉

"We work together as a unit in the midfield and whoever is selected to play, we all try to complement each other because the team relies on us a lot," he admitted. "My role is practically to play as a number eight, so I try to mount attacks and do my defensive duties too, as the coach wants me to. I try to score goals too, all to help the team where I can.”

He’s got more going forward than Vieira had (while Vieira has him beat quite comfortably on the defensive side currently, obviously). I genuinely do not know who I would compare him to, the closest I can come up with is a much more technical/naturally gifted version of Ramires.

Given he is receiving Vieira/Yaya Toure comparisons, that may sound like an insult but I assure you it is not. He is as good as any young midfielder I have seen both at Spurs and in the league in recent years. He might be my favorite player to watch in this team, which takes some doing when we have Bentancur and Maddison. So thankful we have signed him up to a new deal recently

Really loved how he jumped into the crowd for an equaliser not even close to the end of the game (the yellow card not so much admittedly).

You could really feel how much him and Son enjoyed being back with the team at home, such a good vibe around this group right now.

Doesn't remind me of anyone, I'm afraid. I've never seen any player quite like him. He's a total one-off who (if he continues progressing at this rate) is going to change the way the game is played in the future. I haven't been this excited about a Spurs player since Kane emerged.

Ange saying post-match Sarr has been managing a back issue since the ACN. Not a major thing and he's still been training but that it is 'restricting' him. Probably explains why he started on the bench today.
