The last striker we signed was in August 2017..... ??.

Wants to act like a big club but most of the time but acts small time in the transfer market 75% of the time with no real plan every window. To go 2 windows without any signings when we were so close to winning the league was unforgivable for me. To go last season with 1 striker, 1 right back, 1 left back, no defensive midfielder and half a season with no creative no. 10 was unforgivable after reaching a CL final and could have pushed on.

Levy is a great businessman and has put our name on the map from a business point of view along with the best stadium and training facilities and I'll be grateful to him for that....

....but, as for on the pitch success, the way him and his transfer team handle things is nothing short of shit. 1 trophy in 20 odd years speaks for itself. We will always be there but not quite there under him when this current lot are controlling every transfer and funds available.

Our team still has gaping holes in it and it just makes me want to scream. I understand transfers are tough and no I wouldn't stand a chance if I was in his shoes, but it's so so so infuriating when you see the holes in your own squad and theres no clear plan of how to fix the problems.

Sorry for the rant, had to get my opinion across. I usually cope well with defeats, but my knee is still jerking from yesterday. I just want Levy, that boring fuck Hitchens and this current transfer team off our transfers....because it's not working, we wont ever push to the next level.

We did just sign one of the best strikers on the planet. Granted it was for our women's side but let's not forget that Alex Morgan is Spurs!

Reading this thread in 2020 is ridiculous. Insulting people on their looks? How old are you lot? Just because you do it for Levy doesn't mean that in fact is okay to do towards Donna Cullen. Insulting anyone purely based on looks is so childish. Continues to justify my wanting to leave this site. Things are excused as 'banter' when in reality it is abuse. And no, just because Donna and Daniel may not see it, it doesn't make it okay?

The way the club is run has nothing to do with how the members of the board look. It's 2020 folks. About time some of you grew up I think.

That doesn't necessarily make what is said okay or justify it? People have the right to criticize his running of the club, but the jokes re looks isn't right. His looks are not affecting how the club is run. No need for them to be brought up whatsoever.

I don’t want to jump on the bandwagon here, but the weirdest (but not the worst) thing about all of this is the hate for Donna Cullen.

If you knew who she was or how the club works, you’d know that she has next to nothing to do with transfers or that budgeting so I don’t see why she’s relevant in this thread. She’s also arguably the most engaged member in terms of our foundation and charitable causes like Noah’s Ark, getting the players out to support local causes etc.

I don't know the answer to that truthfully. It should have been. But I guess as time has gone on these things have come to the forefront. Rather they are brought up now than never.
