Even the season ticket holder's booking window for the Man City CL game has produced an hour of doughnut-of-death. No progress for half that time. Maybe I'll come back at 2am or something like that.
Couple of things mate;
1. The system isn't live yet
2. The game has to sell out to become active.
Should be good for you to transfer to your grandson next week.
P.S I remember you from many moons ago on a different forum, but I can't recall where!

My 1882 seat for the City game has cost me £105 and I had to buy 2 because my son-in-law, who has another 1882 seat, cannot go and I'm taking my grandson instead.
Now I'm trying to find out how to transfer son-in-law's ticket to grandson who is a hotspur+ member and is registered on my network. The club web site says they have this ticket transfer facility but I can't find out how to do so. This vital information is missing or else I am too thick to find it on the site.
Needn't have built the stadium! Our income's going up £75m anyway....

Off topic, but I call massive bull-plop on that one.going by a post made by JJ in the transfer wish list or Poch thread, if Toby stays Poch won't. the fallout must of been pretty serious.
so the question might be "if you had to chose between Poch or Toby, to enjoy our new stadium next season, who would you chose"?
Season Ticket Holders are advised that they can buy their Season Ticket any time during their allotted sales window - open now until 5pm on Monday 1 April - so if you experience a queue, please revisit our eTicketing site at another time during this window to purchase your seat.
It got a bit weird after that. When the booking page for our reserved tickets finally appeared, I clicked through and got an error message that this account was not eligible to book these tickets. In other words, we weren't season ticket holders.Even the season ticket holder's booking window for the Man City CL game has produced an hour of doughnut-of-death. No progress for half that time. After a lot of buggering around I got my 3 tickets for the Inter game which I printed off - although the printer settings were not right. I’ve seen enough pictures of store fronts, traffic lights and crossings to now last me a lifetime!I managed to last night after loads of trial and error
Kept getting account not activated messages after clicking the link in the email, then kept trying to reset password which it let me eventually
I now seem to be able to log in with username only but email doesn't work. I eventually got in and managed to book it for Inter, Palace & City. Only got a confirmation email for City, but all 3 lots of tickets appear in my account. Really frustrating that there seems to be no customer service contact details in the FAQs either
Did you remember to sign into your e-ticketing account once you got past the donut of doom? If not then the database won't find your membership number and therefore assume you're not eligible. It got a bit weird after that. So I had to ring the booking office and wait on hold until a human confirmed our tickets and took payment.
But he didn't have any record of me being over 65 (only recently, but it worked when booking tickets at Wembley), so I had to pay way over the odds.
I tried to ring back in to get my over-65 status sorted out, but gave up after another half-hour on hold.
Match tickets for CL , at least one club seems to sell tickets on a sensible basis with timed slots & loyalty in mind.

My tickets were in the early 500s and that wasn't too long after the announcement so don't think 500 had actually signed up then; although definitely seems as though there's 200 since last night. After a lot of buggering around I got my 3 tickets for the Inter game which I printed off - although the printer settings were not right. The observation from me is that my tickets are numbered in the 700’s and I know of quite a few people who also want to travel this way. I hope they’ve got a lot of buses and that the route is clear. Especially on a midweek! That’s already 14 bus loads at least.
*Edit - also there is a sign up saying they are closing the bridge between Ally Pally station and Wood Green (I think) for quite a while
Yep PD is what I remember you from. Small-ish world!I am also on spurs PD forum.
I just checked the club web site again and it says that Cat A games, for the remaining PL games and CL Qtr final game, in my block 453 should only be £60 for adult. It looks as though the prices are higher than Cat A for the CL game.

Yes , I’m paying full whack for my 1882 ST but I can understand that . I am sure that consession seats were only available in certain cheaper parts of the old WHL stadiumWhere are you sitting? Unfortunately ( and quite unfairly imo), unlike WHL and Wembley concessions in the new stadium for over 65’s are only available in the cheaper seats?
