Word of warning. Don't go on twitter unless you want to be massively wound up. There seems to be a lot of spurs fans on archway's side saying it's all enic's fault. It's quite unbelievable that we have so many stupid fans. I didn't realise so many existed!

Absolute bullshit, where is there a single shred of evidence to support your wild accusation? Where on earth do you get this conspiracy theory from?

Why would Archway bankrupt themselves on a hopeless cause?

Who stands to gain most from the delay or curtailment of the stadium build project?

MEANS, MOTIVE, and opportunity - you can smell the Russian stench a mile off

A member of Josif Family suggests on facebook (a public post, but I won't post the link just to avoid any abuse) that they are not greedy and they are not asking for an unreasonable and huge amount of money. They want fair and spurs fans know nothing about the real situation.

IMO if their request amount of money is not unreasonable and justifiable, why don't they just say how much it is.

I repeat, where is the evidence..... what have they got to gain, they are in a different league to us (as much as it hurts me to say it)
You will be telling me next, that the Falklands belong to Argentina.

Says it all that the club have amicably relocated over 70 business and are having problems with only one.

Archway can piss off about not being offered a fair amount

Have you ever stopped and thought that just maybe, possibly, they could be right and you could be wrong. Maybe these "many stupid fans" are not the stupid ones after all. Just throwing it out there like

That @HaroldHotspur is the biggest cocksmith of a 'Spurs fan' I have ever had the misfortune of reading. The red and white on his profile shows where his true allegiances lie.

People on here seem to see everything as so black and white. It's either Levy and ENIC don't want to build a stadium and are just going to make as much money out of the club as possible, or poor old Levy and ENIC, they've done everything they can and we'd be in a shiny new stadium already if it wasn't for that evil Archway Steel.

The first scenario would be by far the most plausible to anyone but the rose-tinted head in the sand suckers on here who like to believe every piece of bullshit our current "investment company" owners feed to them

He's like a little ring leader for a this small group of utter wanker Spurs fans, aggressive, cynical and spending more time lambasting Enic and hoping they fail to flame their complaints and to be proven right than they do supporting the team. And they come up with 'witty' Tweets to air their dissatisfaction, patronising anyone who points out any other side to their 'arguments'.

It's not just this subject, it's constant.

Of course. They are definitely very stupid. It's not just me who can see what's happening rather than dreaming up ENIC being the bad guys here. They are doing the best for themselves of course but it's also the best for us. A new stadium is paramount to our future.

I think what I can see with utter finality is that I will not be going to Milton Keynes to watch home games.

I'm really intrigued to see how Spurs are going to deal with this; because let's face it, it's going to be Milton Keynes isn't it?

What a diabolical arse.

I didn't where Archway were - they're literally next to the Members' office, opposite the Paxton end. No idea. Must've walked past them a billion times.

I really wish we knew more. :(

@davidmatzdorf: I seem to recall someone saying, it may have been you as you are well versed on these things, that even though they appeal the clock is still ticking. Could you tell me (us) at what point do they have to vacate the site, given that they are now appealing.

Additionally, do you know if an appeal could be heard earlier due to the considerble public interest and the delay it could cause to the regeneration of the area?

Sorry, I can't answer either question definitively. It would be very unlikely that we could take possession of the land before ther outcome of the appeal. That's not the way English property law works.

Here in the U.S. if someone appeals a case to them, or it's sent up from a lower appeals court, they review the case before deciding whether to adjudicate it. Is it the same with the High Court, can they refuse to hear it if they feel it's frivolous?

I left the UK 25 years ago, so I'm completely out of touch :(
