France have lost the plot in this game. Like the France of old, when you didn't know if world beaters or (keeps changing to legends?) B o t t l e r s would turn up.

Defining photo of the weekend in Bordeaux, this is my mate about 2am Sunday morning just after I ordered us a taxi, turned around and couldn't see him, then looked down

Taxi wouldn't take him so had to walk him a mile back to his flat, took 45 mins with him continually shouting "I cannae see"

Surprised you spotted him in that bush in all honesty!

Thought Uruguay gave a really good account of themselves tonight, regardless of how sloppy France looked. Some nice front foot rugby from them, opting to choose to go for tries rather than taking the easy 3 points each time. Fair play to them.

I thought Uruguay were really impressive with their heart, their running lines in attack and their shape in defence.

I wouldn’t read much into a disjointed France performance with such a heavily rotated XV.

Ireland were always going to win this evening but the nature of that win was impressive

I couldn't believe the size of Tadgh Furlong - He's our local hero in Campile, Wexford. Born bred etc/

I walked into the local mini supermarket on Friday and turned the corner to the fridges area where the was a larger than life cardboard cut-out of him standing there. Frit the life outta me.

Massive result for Fiji and they've earned it

Australia are a bit crap but Fiji were much the better team

Wales Australia becomes a massive game now

Well played Fiji. Always great to watch and good to see them holding it together for 80 minutes against a 'top tier' team.

Bonus points are going to decide the finishing order in Pool C I reckon. I’d be happy to see Eddie Jones go home early.
