Neville is talking bollocks imo. Yes Jones didn't go in to do Bissouma but nonetheless he got it wrong and it ended up a dangerous challenge high up.

Terrible decision. Never a red card. His foot hits the ball rooks over it at catches his leg. No excess force. Once again demonstrating how little referees know about the game of football is played.

I don’t think there was any intent in the challenge, he just got it slightly wrong and his foot rolled over the ball. It was a red though and they would have been screaming for it if it was the other way around.
