I hate the long build up to this game....

Makes it worse that I can't be there tomorrow :cautious:

They are definitely not easier than the EL. Especially with nobody dropping down from the Champions League any more. City, Arsenal and Liverpool are levels above anyone in the Europa, and we'd be one of the favourites for it alongside e.g. Bilbao, Ajax and Frankfurt. Any domestic cup draw against a top-half PL team is as hard or harder than the most difficult Europa League ties.
Guess you haven’t actually been following the Europa then.

The players better be ****ing up for this.

This is the one game this season where we can't afford a slow start.

Arsenal will see the game out otherwise, their defence is too good.

We have a lot more chance of winning the EL. Forget the history of how we’ve done previously, its a simple fact that the teams in the EL are not as strong. With no one dropping down from the CL we would be one of the favourites. Also in the early rounds we can look at a few of the younger players.
Anyone who really thinks we would get anywhere in the CL at this stage of Ange’s project is being delusional. So it’s an early exit from the CL or go deep and possibly win the EL. I know which one I’d prefer

It's about having faith and belief that the team can do well and beat anyone on a given day.

You want to look at younger players am sure you can go to their matches and so forth. You want to look at younger players though do.you think they will bring us success!

I would rather the team learns from failure and play against the best.
I guess we all have our own definition of ambition.[

up for this are you kidding me,
this is what we do, lose vital games, anything what's going to be pressure is not for us,
just remember, Nicolas Jackson of Chelsea scored a hatrick against this spurs team,
Nicolas Jackson LOL !

This will always be one of my favorite goals - from Dele stopping the ball from going out, to the curler from Kane, to whipping off his eye protection goggles - just poetry in motion.

I'm the opposite! I mean it's a great goal but I very rarely watch it back. I hate that we didn't win the match, and with WHL absolutely rocking and then just stunned into silence.

If we show up we have the players on the pitch to beat them and they have had wobbles this season. Pressures on them, which they have a history of not dealing with. Cannot see how we don’t lay it all out tomorrow, especially with CL on the line….quietly confident

Some of our worst results this season have been against teams we expected to beat like Fulham and Wolves, whereas some of our better results have been against the bigger teams: not just during our early season run either.

We drew away to Man C during our worst run of the season and we also drew at Man U. We thrashed Villa at their place. The recent match against Newcastle was poor but we beat them 4-1 back in December.

I think our record versus the top seven, so as far down as Man U/Newcastle is: Played: 9, Won: 4, Draws: 3 and Losses: 2.

Whereas we have lost 6 matches to the teams between 7-14. We have taken just one point from West Ham and none from Wolves. And not only did Fulham inflict a heavy defeat on us in the league, they also knocked us out of the cup.
