The last four years were an absolute shit show maybe five including Poch's last year, and we wasted the best years of a generational talent, the likes of which we probably won't see for a long time. The fact he has deep connection and love for the club is even more heart breaking but you can't blame him for wanting to leave as and when he decides it's time.

Ever considered it’s just to push Levy to open the purse strings. The rep threat of moving away to get commitment on key players + a long term contract at the right money. It could all just high stakes poker- in reality we know nothing though

Son would be only choice for captain out of players we have, IF Kane were to leave for me. Davies would be good captain material, but he’s not good enough to be in our first 11 and arguably squad

He basically has one shot to win the Ballon d'Or - go win CL and the golden boot with Bayern, have a big summer with England in the Euros.

Its risky, but it shows ambition, rather than sitting out Europe this year in the hopes of getting back in next season.
If he goes there and wins the Domestic league but not CL (Lets face it they wouldn't be the favourites), would that be worth missing out on another 20-30 goals in the Prem, esp if we play more attacking next season?

Bayern are one of a small group of teams that could win CL. Adding Kane would improve their odds.

For me it is a no brainer.. Kane can give us CL... How much is that worth? 70-150 million. Easyer to attrac players, Kane may extend...

How much would Kane give us now? 100 million?

Nothing to loose by keeping him his last year

My old man died 20 odd years ago. The fact I got to watch and celebrate us winning the FA cup and the uefa cup with him are 2 of the biggest and best memories of him I have. Football is more than just winning and losing, and one day they'll understand this.
my son was born 2003, proper got in to football from about 5, and playing adult football now. Am sure he has loved being a Spurs fan with no trophies to show for it, had no choice though lol

If Kane can stay healthy, there's absolutely no reasons why he can't play for 6-7 more seasons. Even if he slows down, he easily passes Shearer for the all time PL record and he's within striking distance of Greaves.

Who was the starting forward for Munich in the 2001 Champions League final?

If I'm Levy, I look to make him rich well beyond his playing days. Salary + ownership/equity stake in the club. Kane should be sat in the owner's box wearing a Spurs blazer for the next 50 years.

You say that like keeping Kane guarantees CL. There are 6 teams ahead of us in the betting for top 4, and that's even with Kane.
