Haven't read the whole thread, but I thought this was going to be Klose game, but the Brazillians got Mullered. I have already got my coat.
7-1 is my prediction
Lot of reputations shredded, Marcello equally as bad as Luiz, worst of all was possession stats, that myth was buried last night BC.
Schurrle you can do better than that!
I'll get my coat too.
Paul?Messi can't do it on his own now against the level of competition they'll be up against. Belgium and Switzerland are not the same level as Holland and Germany. Argentina has been mostly rubbish so far and I think Holland's attack could expose them.
May be totally wrong but I'll have you know that I'm 13 for 13 in my knockout stage predictions so far.
Dear English FA.
14 years ago, Germany and England came 4th and 3rd respectively and exited the Euros.
After this, both yourselves and the German FA promised changes to get the National team back where it belonged.
1 of these FAs did an amazing job. Identified what needed to happen and got on with it.
The other had more holes in its plan than a Brazilian defence and as much power as a Brazilian front line.
Today we are talking about certain Brazilian players never playing again for the shirt, a nation embarrassed and another team, ruthlessly efficient, playing as a team, potential World Cup winners (4time semi finalists in a row).
14 years... The English FA have failed and like the Brazilian national team, should hang their heads in shame at how far other nations have come in the same time.
That is all.
Was hoping for a good 10-0 destruction. The '0' is what was more damning if you ask me... absolutely no reply whatsoever from a national team built on it's attacking flamboyancy. No wonder Neuer was pissed off at that consolation goal.
An aside, how come all the images of crying/shocked brazilians were of women? Were they too embarrassed to show grown men blubbing and tearing up chairs?
