You are using someone else's bandwidth to show that picture. That slows down their site. That pisses them off.

Which in turn gets us mighty annoyed.

And what a lot of sites do, is eventually change the image that was leeched into something of a pornographic nature which is not exactly what we're looking for here.

So yeah, if we ask you not to do something, it's generally for a pretty good reason.
