A read through some Sp**s forum and we're getting a small amount of praise, but there's still the general delusion amoungst that lot - Apparently Richarlison is better than Jesus and Romero is better than Saliba

Never rated Richarlison as others do and he should finally take his rightful place in the national team too.

On the bench watching Jesus.

They're worse than they were last year. Were it not for absolutely corrupt refereeing they would be midtable every year. They haven't evolved at all. You can still sit back frustrate them out of creating anything. They need to dive and foul to compete against anyone who does that.

where did he say this? Want to taunt the filth with it on tvwattter.

Also I have no idea how people have spuds blogs and spuds patreons. It's like watching a team of mules grind out until a spark turns on for 30 seconds, huff huff boy sscores, then its back to stinking out the gaff. Even though I never have wanted Liverpool or City to win a game, I can appreciate them technically. With spuds its like eating austrian brownbread day in, day out.

I can't believe during their dominant spell over Arsenal they didn't win a single trophy.

Some old Sp**s fan will sing this to their Sp**s grandchildren and say it was their glory years. Their grandchild will say," but Pop Pops, we didn't win any silverware. "

Pop pop will reply. "Harry Kane spent his entire career here. That is the trophy!"

Sure thing, Pop Pop.

Would have been fine to just post these two words underneath the heading Arsemania tbh
To be fair to the ***** they are playing some half decent stuff and we perhaps look a bit laboured after some slow starts so you can understand why some of them are piping up.

Having said that, I’d actually rather be in our position as we’re gettting results without playing well so lots to improve on whether with Arsenal you kinda get the impression this will be as good as they get all season.

Honestly 90 percent of their fanbase are absolute herberts. They make me sick.

Can’t stand them and their inevitable
Implosion will be glorious.

Do the obvious implications of this seriously escape them?

All those fans saying we aren’t playing well. Be warned. When we do start playing well. Your lot are gonna get spanked.

does anyone else feel like we are still slightly hungover from the pre season Training regime. I seem to remember us starting slowly in the Poch era due to this?

Quite enjoy them comparing their star striker to our bench option. It’s a close run thing, but the real comparison is Kane and Jesus. We have an all time Premier League goalscoring club legend, multi golden boot winning, world-renowned striker; one of the best to ever play for his country vs. a guy that couldn’t lock down a starting spot for a team with no striker. Jesus is better than Lacazette, but will fade when the games get tougher and have a decent but unspectacular season imo.

Comparing their first choice saviour to our 4th choice in the forward line at the moment. Good point
