Well, I like how Feyenoord are set up, and what they are trying to achieve. But for all their possession, they haven’t created many good chances. Their players are poor offensively, apart from Kokcu who looks very good. Their left winger/ LF - Idrissi - is a black hole. They keep going to him and he hasn’t done one thing useful. Jahanbakhsh, the ex Brighton lad, on the right is poor too. No presence in their number 9, Giménez, just a non-entity.

But they look much the better side regardless. Their RB is tucking in Pep-style to the midfield. Kokcu is dropping deep as their creative single pivot advancing from back, and their two number 8s are finding combinations off of Kokcu. Based on just this showing, Slot seems to know what he’s doing, but is hampered by relatively poor players in the final third.

Yep Bentancur/Skipp as the engine that Wieffer is. And then Bissouma/Kokcu as that tidy deeper technical ball ticker with a number 10 further would be good. Dont think PEH suits a Slot team

I see it as Bentancur/Sarr as the "Kokcu" and Bissouma/Skipp as the "Wieffer".
