If Levy reads that article Lenglet must be in the building.
I'd rather read our transfer business was signed and sealed than speculation as you also expect other teams to hijack.
It's becoming all to familar in the final hour better wages and now the offer of European football stops it happening.
Our history with transfers also shows we stumble to nail those who are seemingly through the door eg. Hazard, Willian, Petit and Fernandez then have a habit of buying flops Rebrov, Postiga, Le Celso and Ndombele - the latter may have one final throw of the dice don't hold your breath though.
New owners would be our best transfer to save the wool being pulled over our eyes half the time from this current establishment.
History has a habit of repeating itself and what I'm saying is don't get your hopes up that the players we want don't make it through the door saw that recently with Raya who was a top goalkeeper last year. Those players in the past went on to help win their teams trophies.Hazard ,Willian and Petit are ancient history. What about Romero, Kulusevski, Bentancur, Udogie, Richarlison and Bissouma?
Lo Celso actually had a decent for us under Mourinho, once he'd overcome his hip injury and had a chance to settle into a new country / league. A lot of people on SC thought he was our best player in June-July, after the COVID break (a period of good form for the whole team, so he wasn't just the best of a bad bunch). If Levy reads that article Lenglet must be in the building.

As I say it stems back to the manager maybe Le Celso gets a chance because as it stands he still remains a flop not necessarily his fault but through management decisions.Lo Celso actually had a decent for us under Mourinho, once he'd overcome his hip injury and had a chance to settle into a new country / league. Then Mourinho got us playing deeper / more defensively for the 2020-21 season and this clearly didn't go well for him, as he wasn't suited to any of the roles in that system. Being put in a deep two-man midfield alongside Sissoko / Winks, in a team that sat back and played on the counter, was never going to go well.
