I had to give an email address, and they emailed almost immediately to confirm my order, and now I'm apparently registered with the site for future orders, I'll just give a pasword and not have to fill out the full order form. :wink:

The website states

Although it seems you can still complete your order, if there is no stock left then I would expect no payment to be taken from peoples accounts.

They confirmed my registration, but I got no confirmation of the order process. I left them a message. I have a funny feeling that i gave them my adress in the UK, but I am currently in Canada ...

Denied, just got this email:

Unfortunately we are unable to process your recent order as our records show you are not eligible for the promotional discount applied to your order. Terms and conditions apply. Therefore we are unable to process the order with the promotion.

Doesn't mention what the terms and conditions are though!

Cheers for the info, however, i got sent the same BS that Funk did.

Basically it seems they just hope youll sign up with them and forget about it, probably just so they can keep sending you promotional rubbish.

Oh dear. I received an order confirmation straight away saying total price inc. delivery = £14. Just checked my account and they took the full £32.50 anyway! Can they do that? Happened to anyone else?

Just found this in the "My Account" bit. It looks like they have refunded the difference, maybe it will take a couple of days to show on my balance?
