It is very impressive. I think all teams above us have played in CL.

From what I understand the list is of the clubs with the highest revenue, not actual wealth.

Revenue excludes player transfer fees, value added tax and other sales related taxes.

So whatever Levy is doing on the marketing side, it is having an impact. Among many other factors of course.

this why i find it down right unbelievable the stick Levy gets..he has pretty much worked miracles here. People complain he has made bad decisions with management, but without what he has done off the pitch we would have been stuck with idiots like Tremezzani and ginger pele at the club not people like Carrick, Berbatov, Lennon, Defoe, Modric

yep it's an 'income' not a 'wealth' list - but the two are linked of course

the pound euro rate is probably responsible for most of our drop in the rankings

Thats because most think every transfer deal that falls through is Levy's fault :shrug:

Trust someone to be negative! Ever heard of market forces? Considering we are one of the few countries not using Euro as a currency, which has gained on a very week pound, and also not in Europe, we could have easily dropped out of the top 20!
