When the initial Goods Yard Planning Application was submitted the local health authority asked for the proposed health centre to be fitted out for free by the Club. The club would also want a rent for the long term lease of the building similar to how the Academy operates in Lillywhite House. The health authority said at the time they had no budget available. Yes, the area is screaming out for additional capacity and will need more when the High Road West regeneration area is built.

I'm no admin but you are obviously read only in the transfer forum. No idea what you did but one of the rules was broken. I wouldn't expect an answer from an admin either.

The NHS North Central London CCG have included this in response to the Goods Yard / Depot Planning Application.

It looks like The Club might need to find another use for the proposed Health Centre Building.

Bit odd for the CCG to make such a specific comment on a development that will be built when they most likely won't even exist anymore.

A&C usually is quite explicit about when people have gone over the line in the ITK thread, you might search his posts in there and read the ones where he's warning people, or where he's just finished cleaning up off-topic discussions. Once out, out permanently. There was a huge (slightly tantrum-like) A&C purge about 3 years ago, because a lot of us wouldn't stop discussing the merits of players in the ITK thread.

I was caught up in it and I've never been reinstated. It's been a few years, so the privileges are not automatically reinstated in the followinbg window - or at all.

I don't mind being read-only on the ITK threads, because I've not got a great deal to say there, but it's frustrating not being able to comment on the individual player threads, where the topics are likely to be the balance of the squad and tactics, rather than ITK.

I don't mind being read-only on the ITK threads, because I've not got a great deal to say there, but it's frustrating not being able to comment on the individual player threads, where the topics are likely to be the balance of the squad and tactics, rather than ITK.

Redevelopment plans for the area to the east of the stadium have been shelved - at least temporarily. Haringey and their development partner, Lendlease, abandoned the HDV (Haringey Development Vehicle) in 2018 after widespread local opposition.

I haven't seen anything about there being new development plans for that area yet.
