I guess the lack of a naming rights deal has given us exposure we wouldn't get with one, the Fidelity Feduciary Bank stadium doesn't really get our name out there like the Tottenham Hotspur stadium does.
Or getting the best deal as perLevy will be asking too much.
A per.....
There's no doubt that having Mourinho, and all the extra media attention and spotlight that comes with him, should put us in a stronger position for negotiating for top level sponsors including for the stadium naming rights. Would be interesting to see what develops and who we can attract.

Stadium looks magnificent on CL nights
Nope. Not around these parts (Boston). The games weren’t shown nationally and, unless you live in areas where the games were shown as “local”, you wouldn‘t have seen them. In the highlight packages (half-time and full-time) there was a mention of the stadium but the other packages said “in London”. There was no video of the stadium - I was expecting there to be because of the quality of the stadium, the rectractable pitch and the NFL dressing rooms. One of the games was an early kick-off so no mention during other games. You can't have been listening properly. In the week or so before the game I had messages from family over there (who don't know anything about football) saying things like "Isn't Tottenham your team? They were just talking about them on the news" because they kept mentioning it on TV and I believe there was even a special feature on one of the channels showing all about the new stadium and how the retractable pitch works etc. By all accounts (except yours) we got absolutely loads of coverage not just before the game but during it as well.
A bit strange that Levy would say that last bit out loud, and hard to know what to make of it. I mean, I guess he's telling the truth?
I'd always assumed naming rights would be part of the overall financing & repayment plan, but if Levy's this cool about it, maybe not. Maybe that money is extra gravy on our Christmas cake.
Possibly or likely in my opinionMaybe that money is extra gravy on our Christmas cake.
Also a possibility. Its hard to gauge where Levy's head s at!Could be a way to pressure someone who doesn't meet the third.
But it can also be said that we've got a year of increasing our global brand name, with concerts and sporting events being held at the 'Tottenham Hotspur Stadium'.Can't believe we haven't delivered on the naming rights yet? Seems a little bit of a cock up that this wasn't secured before the stadium was built ready to go when we opened. We've basically had a year or so where we could have had significant extra income wasted.

Maybe we should wait another 10 years to keep building it up then. By your reckoning every year we wait will be more exposure. But it can also be said that we've got a year of increasing our global brand name, with concerts and sporting events being held at the 'Tottenham Hotspur Stadium'.
Maybe it's paying off in other ways.
Not being funny but how many sports teams have you started supporting because you saw their name on a music ticket? Have you started supporting any of the teams we've played friendlies against in the US?Can't believe this same complaint is getting recycled out, when this very thread discusses that "The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium" is more lucrative than any corporate branding. Tottenham Hotspur is now known to NFL fans in the US (and there's a shit load of them), getting advertised all over Ticketmaster etc for the G'n'R gigs, the upcoming boxing matches... this is a huge money spinner for us.
Its not about getting supporters, its about increasing the brand revenue. More events at the venue means the name gets spread into different markets, which opens up the range of sponsorship partnerships. It all generates cash for the club, but also attracts buyers with revenue opportunities. Not being funny but how many sports teams have you started supporting because you saw their name on a music ticket? I'm sure we'll get a sponsorship deal soon(ish) but my point is that without one, we're profiting in a different way.Maybe we should wait another 10 years to keep building it up then. By your reckoning every year we wait will be more exposure.
