It’s not like Poch or someone at the club will do a press conference saying “Sorry lads, but we can’t keep this up much longer. It’s gone to shit back there.”Zero-quotes not even “sources” suggests it’s opinion

Mauricio Pochettino fights on but accepts his Tottenham job is in danger
Mauricio Pochettino admitted that if Tottenham’s form did not improve his position as manager would be in dangerwww.theguardian.com
Sat watching Watford I was struggling to find positives for the first time in a long time! There just didn’t seem to be any ideas or leadership.
It’s obvious something isn’t right.
If we were losing games but playing the attacking football we love I could live with this until Poch can remould the team in January. Trouble is the football is terrible and so are the results

I won’t lie I was still (naively) backing poch up until the 7-2 game, now I am in the we need a new manager camp and also a load of new players campSome fans were backing Pochettino a few weeks back because we were going to get 9 points from Southampton, Brighton and Watford. Now, what is the next point of possible redemption, with Liverpool away looming?

It says “the atmosphere behind the scenes is terrible”...it might be splitting hairs but “ the atmosphere is down” is not the “atmosphere is terrible “...the teams on a bad run so I wouldn’t expect the atmosphere to be jovial but neither does it mean it’s terrible...What are you going on about.
Loads of quotes, and all from Poch himself at his press conference today
As I thought you have no basis for your argument, as you were.
Its not like that at all. If he went somewhere else I'd totally expect him to do well. He's a motivator, and he's very good at making the players play above themselves. I think though that will only take you so far. My opinion is he's either run out of ways to make the players push themselves or he's lost motivation himself and so it's no longer transferring across. That's when you have to be tactically sound, or at least play to you're players strengths. Neither of which are happening and as such confidence is shot.If Poch goes to Utd and turns their fortunes around, the only thing that proves to me is what a selfish bunch of wankers our players have been for the past year. If he's as shit a manager as so many on here would have us believe we should be pushing him up the M1 as fast as we can. In the meantime, the prospect of Mourinho makes me want to puke. Say what you like about Poch but he's a decent bloke. Mourinho is pond life.
Exactly! I know GLC looks to be a good creative player, but it is staggering to me that given our creative reliance on Eriksen for a good few years, we haven't sorted it. Such a visible issue it's almost negligent that we've let it get to this stage. Regardless of whose fault it is.We've relied massively on Christian Eriksen for our creativity for years, and for the last 12 months he's inconveniently disappeared up his own arse.
Why are we always so mentally fragile? Seems with any manager we’ve had, this is always our Achilles heel
Now it's the fans fault apparently, we're not making it easy for the poor little lambs. Some fans were backing Pochettino a few weeks back because we were going to get 9 points from Southampton, Brighton and Watford. Now, what is the next point of possible redemption, with Liverpool away looming?
It does feel that way. It’s got to come down to him: the motivator can’t motivate either because he’s run out of ideas or he’s lost interest. Its not like that at all. He persisted with the diamond for far too long and now instead of going back to basics, he's changing formation week in week out. It's Mike Basset football FFS. If we started with the Christmas pudding formation tomorrow night I honestly wouldn't be surprised.
Now I really want to see the Christmas Pudding formation. I am guessing it's a very stodgy, heavy formation leading to no energy and a desire to take a nap. So maybe we have been playing it all season without even knowing that was what it was called. Its not like that at all. If he went somewhere else I'd totally expect him to do well. It also creates flatulenceNow I really want to see the Christmas Pudding formation. I am guessing it's a very stodgy, heavy formation leading to no energy and a desire to take a nap. So maybe we have been playing it all season without even knowing that was what it was called.
