You cannot compare Poch and Klopp as they’ve been managing totally different projects.

Liverpool have been 100% focussed on winning the league.

We have been focussed on building a 1 billion pound stadium and balancing the books to do so, whilst qualifying for the CL to maintain revenue.

Finishing top 4 has been our goal, finishing first theirs.

I genuinely don't think its as bad as you're all, and the agent agenda ITK's, are all making out.

Yeah, we're playing like ****s; And for a whole host of reasons which probably go all the way back to last summer. But lets not turn on the man who's put us in this position, yeh?

Now, let me don my full suit of armour ahead of the neg reps and angry responses.

Completely in denial mate. How is losing 7-2 in the CL, 3-0 to a shit Brighton side, knocked out the cup by Colchester, fumble our way to a draw v Watford at home, lose to Newcastle at home not bad ? Not to mention fucking up countless leads - Arsenal 2-0 up , 2-2. Olympicos 2-0 up, 2-2. It’s a complete farce mate, it’s as bad as we have been for years dude. Even if we somehow beat Red star, it doesn’t prove anything because we are going to get an absolute dicking against Liverpool which will put us in the bottom half of the table come end of weekend. It’s a total shambles mate.

Yeah, I said we're playing like ****s didn't I?

But as you say, this is as bad as we have been for years... in years. This is our first dodgy patch since the AVB/Sherwood season. 5 years. And so rather than weather it, we're talking about booting the manager, like those 5 years mean't nothing.

This is a mental PL this year. Man City are getting beaten as well, Man Utd are dreadful, Aresnal can't hold onto leads either... and Bayern Munich are a European giant who regularly deck other "big" clubs... Arsenal can attest to that.

Suddenly we're arrogant enough to assume that we should sweep everyone aside without resistance?

Spurs fans should man up and put up with it for a bit.

I'll always respect Poch for progressing us, every Spurs fan should.

I'm not turning on him at all, but I think his time is up.

It's not just results mate, although that's what it will come down to in the end, it's our performances.

Hand on heart, we've become so boring to watch its painful.

Poch has to take responsibility for that and he isn't really because it's been rinse and repeat for months.

Not about turning on him, it's the realisation that he isn't fixing the massive problems we've had on the pitch for months, and if anything we've got worse.
Respect? I love the man.

And I specifically refer to performances, as in playing like ****s. Results I can take, playing like... well, not even like you're playing, I have no time for. Also, boring I'm not worried about as long as effort and craft is there. We're not boring, we're disinterested and inert. We're not enjoying the football anymore, they're all playing within themselves. We know what they can play like because we've seen it.

But hey, I've said all along, that if the love has gone on their part then fair enough; Let them go, and with my blessing and thanks. Most of them I'd welcome back to a legends game in 10 years.

But unless he actually turns round and says "you know what, I can't be arsed anymore" and heads off, then bar relegation I'll back Poch.

And now I really am out of this thread :)

The problem with that is things are getting worse behind the scenes. It's not just the fans that are turning their opinions it's the players as well. If it was just a small core of players who were unhappy I'd agree and we could move them out and replace, but it's not. As time has gone on its spread and it continues to do so. We are in real danger of losing our key players if things don't change.

I love Poch for what he's done for us but I honestly feel the only way to recover this now is a change.

Yes respect.

I love the Club more.

And we're getting worse and this isn't a couple of bad results and not playing well, it's been going on for months with no sign of it changing.

Surely Trix if the discontent has spread, that has to be the tipping point for Levy? ( in your opinion)

No matter how strong his relationship is with Poch, he has to act in the best interests of the Club.

I really hope Levy feels the same, if it’s as bad is you say and he has lost the dressing room then even results can’t save him.

Losing the dressing room means the end is near and inevitable. No way back. Levy simply has to bite the bullet ASAP

But this is just 2nd hand information from agents, right? So all respect I'll take that with a hefty dose of skepticism and wait and see.

When you couple that info with the body language of the players, and Poch, with the level of performances you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work out that the info is probably accurate!

Can't disagree it's a shambles no question certainly not looking forward to the game at the weekend another defeat and potential embarassment

What you call information, I call agenda driven rumour. I think people are suggestible, and see what they want to see.

There’s too much that’s happened this season for it to not be at least partially true. If you think behind the scenes it’s all rosey still with all the little tidbits that have come out, that’s the definition of burying your head in the sand

@PeeLee @tooey please do explain why you disagree and think that either we’ve recruited better than Liverpool and/or that poch is a better manager than klopp...

Id love to hear that argument from you guys lol
@C-oops how is that spam? I knew Klopp would take Liverpool to levels we could only dream of and that is due to both the club being more aware of how to build a successful team than levy and our recruitment team are and also due to klopp being a better manager than poch. He has a more successful system and way of playing and he’s a better motivator and he’s been there done it and won things so no surprise to me that he’s been far more successful and yes I say FAR more as he’s won the CL and got to 4 cup finals and got Liverpool to finish a season on 99 pts and they’re again the best and most consistent team this season.

klopp and pep are two of the very best managers in the world right now.

The guys in question want out. Changing the manager does not change their mind You have to look at why they want out in the first place and then assess whether a change at the helm would work

It is my belief they have a bigger beef with the club and that is most likely money than they do with manager. That wont change

The are already in the shop window so their performance are under scrutiny

That's not the arguement.
