If we’re selling Lucas and Bergwijn and want to bring in a proper 9 as well as Raphinha I’d choose him.

If we’re not selling Lucas and we want someone to cover Kane and challenge the front 3 then I’d choose Richarlison.

Raphinha the better player but Richarlison perhaps the better fit, both for our positional needs but also for Contes style of the play and character.

The thing with waiting for Richarlison is that it's in the hope that Everton drop their asking price, that Chelsea don't snatch him away and that we can sign him in the timely manner that we'd like. By that time Raphinha could have already moved elsewhere. Interesting situation. Even with what's being reported I'm still not fully convinced we'll really pull the trigger on Raphinha.

I wouldn’t choose Richardson myself but he’s done the business for Everton over a few seasons so could be a possibility. As to the cryptics, no idea ??

Yeah it's a tough call. There's also the potential Grealish possibility that Everton get taken over and decide to keep Richarlison, or possibly that they decide to sell Calvert-Lewin instead. If Raphinha does decide not to wait for Barca we will have a very difficult decision on our hands.

Maybe Ndombele going back to Lyon. No idea how the missing letters could be linked to him, but would fit with the lyrics of the song. 3 years of imprisonment at spurs. Not the most exciting answer though of course
This could be it and that would be great. We've found a mark, I mean buyer

Absolutely, that's the issue really in that if we pass on Raphinha when we feel we do have a good chance there's no guarantee that we'd just simply bring in Richarlison as a result of that decision. Completely different if for whatever reason Raphinha is not possible but if it is I think I'd like to think that we'd go for it.

I can just really feel the 'Raphinha is not the first choice option for Spurs' reports to come in soon! ?

Must be budget reasons why we won't bring both in because they're very different players. I imagine it's Richarlison or Raphinha with a cheaper number 9. Surely Richarlison would be the cheaper option than two players both in fees and wages.

I assume we'll be speaking to Everton again now to try and get across this in the event the Raphinha to Arsenal move starts to get serious. There's still every chance the player stalls for Barca but if not we need to be in a position to pounce.

so on the first day there was 13 R letters missing, yesterday it was 2 I letters and today it's 4 Ns.
13th letter of alphabet is M, 'B' is 2nd and 'D' is 4th.

all that sums up to MR BIDN, we're signing the president of United States. He's a bit old tough.
Another bloody left winger!

The way the Raphina/Richarlison story is dragging on there's no doubt in my mind that Paratici is getting ready with the mystery box

Considering how swiftly we moved for Bissouma and the fact it came out of nowhere it does feel like there could be another option/options yet to be named that he is working on.

Yeah indeed. If we do miss out I just sure as hell hope it's because of Barca and not Arsenal.
