We dont want to be too weak at the back, Bassong should stay in the line-up imo. Dervite looked like a total liability in pre-season and I wouldn't be comfortable with him playing for us. As soon as Daws/Woody are back he has to go out on loan again.

• Corluka and Bassong to develop a little more understanding of each others game
• Naughton as said already played LB, we can see if he's any good as possible BAE replacement if said is injured or for the ANC
• And a strong bench if the team doesnt perform as wanted, dont want a bumper on our confidence because of this game losing

i dont think there will be wholesale changes but a few rested and other bought in, I'm sure Harry will want to keep the squad gelling and playing together not having 2 XI's.

Lennon, Keane, King (obviously) and probably Defoe will be rested with other youngsters on the bench as the subs in the last couple of games get a run out.

We need to win CC so harry will only change the starting team by 3 to 4 players at most with big guns on the bench just in case.

Difficult not knowing who will be available though. Not sure when Bale is expected back, but if he's available then i'd play him at left back. If Dawson or Woodgate are fit i'd start them in place of Chimbonda. If Jenas is fit i'd start him in place of O'Hara.​
