Thought it might be an idea to have a list we can keep up to date through out the summer to see how our squad is taking shape, for easy reference. Let me know if i have missed anyone.

Outgoings in red, Incoming in blue, will add the reported fees so we can keep track of spend.

EDIT: Added u21 players. i am not adding homegrown as the powers that be at Tottenham will know the rules and its pretty much a given that whoever is on this list includes the correct amount of homegrown players so that will take care of itself, this is just to keep track of our squad and numbers etc, will also add net spend etc later in the transfer window

Painfully thin at left back so hoping the Fryers talk is true.

Nice work blitz (y)

Left back and forward certainly need to be strengthened, looking at the squad like that though, its worrying to see the amount of deadwood we need to move on that are picking up wages still.

Actually looking at it that way really highlights, for me anyway, Harry's inadequacies and thin he had allowed the squad to become with his stop gap signings of older players whilst releasing or loaning out half decent squad players and alienating them in the process. It wasn't that long ago I remember watching a match and the commentator was remarking on how strong our bench was. I honestly believe had Harry stayed things could have started going downhill quite quickly.

I agree, i remeber the season before last how often our squad strength was praised, and now, if we take out the players that aren't deemed good enough, we arent left with much beyond a 1st 11, and there was me wondering why we were getting linked to so many players

i thought niko and charlie were both €7m(£5.5m)?

sig should really be in the attacking midfielders list too.

True - but both Naugton and Smith (RB's) also play LB so even without Fryers and Vertonghen we are stronger than last season !

useful list, thanks.
Any chance of highlighting the Likely Outs (JJ, Modric, Bentley etc) and the Possible INs? And also, moving the kids who are unlikely to get a start into a separate category.

Bonghi K has gone on loan hasn't he? Lets assume we release King and Gallas, and sell Modric, Pienaar and GDS which are all heavily rumoured. Let's also assume that Button, Carroll, Kane, Mason, Falque, Bostock, Lancaster, Cellabos, Obika, Smith and Townsend don't feature. That leaves us with:
3 GKs
2 LBs
2 RBs
4 CBs
5 CMs
4 AMs
1 CF

A squad of 21, that includes guys deemed surplus to requirements last year such as Bassong, Jenas, Bentley. So an effective squad of just 18.

We have some serious buying to-do!

Wasn't sure if i should post here or the transfer forum so please move if you feel it would be better elsewhere.
