Says me, as per my post.

Donley has been outperforming his age groups and has been doing well enough in training with the 1st team to keep getting on the bench and a couple of cameos.

Scarlett hasn’t done well enough on loan to get game time.

he needs to come back and impress in training to justify getting on the bench ahead of donley in my opinion.
Donley gets on the bench because we have run out of players. Same for Dorrington.

Sweden winger Matilda Vinberg, 20, has attracted interest from Manchester City but Tottenham have held talks in a bid to try to sign her.

From BBC's WSL transfer window preview.

It also confirms that Charli Grant is set to sign, and mentions West Ham (managed by Rehanne Skinner now of course) want Shelina. I love Shelina, but probably wise to let her go.
lol. I think you're in the wrong thread.

Barnet are third in the National League, Chesterfield are running away with it a bit but they should stay in the playoffs judging by the points they have now.

I don't know what their keeper situation is like but I just hope he is brought in to be first choice and plays regularly.

Barnet went through a bad run of results before Christmas but were there with Chesterfield, hopefully the good form that saw them get 9points over Christmas will continue for the rest of the season, I know their no.1 Laurie Walker has had some very good games but lacks in some elements of play, not sure enough to drop him though, I've seen a rumour that he may be injured, but has been training this week, but either way will be good competition for each other, but don't see an ArseAnal type situation where they will drop No.1 for the new loanee, I could be wrong as Dean Brennan (Barnet's manager) does like to change the team up quite a bit.

Laurie is a good goalkeeper and Dean Brennan was his manager at Hemel Hempstead. I follow the Tudors (Hemel) as my non league team and their goalkeeper coach is Dimitri Kharine and he rates Laurie very highly. So barring injuries I am not sure how much action he will get.

They have 2 registered keepers.

Walker- A first choice who's an experienced non league journeyman type and a 21 yr old back up with no senior career appearances signed in the summer from Millwall academy.

Neither are injured and Walkers in good form so I think he'll be on the bench. it's a bit of a waste

If he's not starting every game then its a complete waste of time. I'd be very disappointed with the club if they sent him out to sit on the bench.

The only way we are able to efficiently develop academy players whilst teaching them the Spurs way of playing is by creating better links to other clubs. I would even go so far so to be content making a loss on some of these salaries if the player is getting good game time

On Keeley - if you don’t pick the loan player you pay the parent club a fee.

Clubs like Ipswich (Scarlett) and Charlton (John) can afford to do that. Barnet in the national league cannot.

I know Josh also had interest from clubs in higher leagues too.

Barnet manager Dean Brennan said,

“Josh will add strength and depth to our goalkeeping department and will give us a different option with his abilities. He is a player we have monitored for at least 12 months and I’m delighted that he decided to join us.”

Let’s see over the coming weeks but for all the reasons above, Spurs, Josh and Barnet would not have agreed to it unless he was going to be getting considerate game time.

Josh has recently been involved with Ireland U21’s.

Also told he will still train at Hotspur Way a few times a week.

Should we be looking to loan out the likes of Donley to make sure he gets game time?

Burnley sub goalkeeper Vigoreaux is one from our academy many moons ago. Good seeing our players getting to the top tier one way or another

I’m at the Altrincham - Barnet game today (I’ve been a regular here at Altrincham for the last couple of years)

Keeley starts for Barnet.

Obviously I’m hoping for a big Alty win, but I’ll be keeping a close eye on our Spurs boy!
