i actually think omole is decent, at 22 it's weird how he's not been out on loan yet though.

as for paskotsi, i'm not really sure what's going on with him but whilst it's good experience for him to be playing internationally, he's playing for estonia .... not exactly a footballing powerhouse.
Estonia might not be an international powerhouse but when Paskotsi plays they have not been hammered and for a side ranked 106 he has competed against Wales, Belgium, Czechs, Sweden, Finland, Northern Ireland.
If he is good enough to play that level of quality side I cannot fathom why he is not getting his chance in Prem.

CCV was playing for USMNT at the same age though a bit older than Paskotsi and I'd argue they were probably a bigger footballing nation. Plus CCV was in an unofficial TOTT for the u20 World Cup at 17 and had arguably put in more consistent performances for our u23s and there was less of a clamour to get him into our first team, and definitely a lack of patience on his intermittent opportunities.

When he was a similar age as well, we only really had one back up for our main 2 CBS whereas now we have a backup for each CB.

Hopefully a path and plan is created for Paskotsi as he looks good and tbh I wouldn't even mind if he did get an opportunity with our first team, I like him, I'm just not surprised he isn't getting one, and arguably understand why

Seems we’ve picked up a Man City RB in U23 tonight

It was reported that he'd signed a new long term contract in the summer so it's a bit strange. I would also suggest that rightback wasn't a priority position for the U23s. Apparently this lad can also play holding midfielder so maybe...yeh I dunno.

Conte was asked about playing youngsters after Dane Scarlett came on late during the win at Leeds, but Conte said he played Dane because he deserved it, not because he was giving out any sort of special favor.

“I don’t give gifts to my players. If you are a player and you are only 17-years-old, Dane’s working really hard and he is a really good prospect from the academy. He is for sure at this moment the best prospect from the academy.

There are a couple of others who are improving. Dane has to continue to work very hard, we are trying to find the best solution in the training because he has a long history with injuries, he has great potential, he is only 17. I don’t give gifts to anybody, they have to deserve this opportunity.”
