He's done his job brilliantly for years mate, maybe hes just realised that he cant anymore. There's a massive difference to what you're implying.

You've missed the point. He is doing it to the best of his ability, but it's not good enough any more.

You have to say Ferguson was spot on about about the four year window for a team and project. It's really shocking how washed up a lot of mainstays from the Pochettino era have looked over the last two seasons: Rose, Vertonghen, Eriksen, Dier, Wanyama, Lamela, Trippier, Dembele.

Even some of the ones still holding on like Kane, Dele, Toby, and Lloris have often looked diminished from their best days. It's all really quite sad.
