That was all about Romero and Dier for me. Their ‘danger men’ not in it, not a sniff. Whoever they are lol

Glad to say was wrong about the wing backs, often when I see a dodgy line-up it is sadly proven to be right to be concerned so very glad to be proven wrong!

Top 4 well and truly on. I know Arsenal have a couple in hand, but Palace on form at home and we still have to play Arsenal ourselves. I honestly believe we can do it.

Was really worried it would be one of those games where we dominate but show nothing for it, especially after their first goal. The immediate response and second half put that idea to bed. Great great result and a performance that has lifted my mood considerably!

We’ve now scored at least two goals in each of our last five straight PL games. We’re now the fourth highest scorers in the PL.

Good result. And we showed some resilience to not let the heads drop after going a goal down, and just letting the game peter out to a dissapointing loss like we've seen countless times before.

Proper game of two halves that. There's a tremendous difference to us when the pitch is stretched and we have the opportunity to move the ball vertically and attack space, compared to teams that are sat in and we have to pick the lock.

We're playing some really slick stuff the last few games when we're able to coax teams onto us and rotate possession from deep and eventually play through and go at them. Newcastle made it difficult for the first half, but the problem for all oppositions is that to keep it compact for 90 mins and not be drawn out and increase the spaces between the lines is ultra difficult - especially if the scoreline is against you. Second half, especially after that early goal from a turnover of possession in their half, they had to chase and it played right into our hands and we tore through them.

We need to add strings to our bow for certain game situations, but the gameplan is starting to really come into its stride now.

Remember the start of the season when we couldn't hit the target? Now we're up there with the highest scorers. What a turnaround.

We have the makings of a great squad here. 3-5 careful additions alongside the right sales and we could really push next year
