I think we need a statement from the premier league and possibly Spurs to say a rematch will not be agreed. Otherwise this will just drag on and on.
I hope we stay out of it tbh - it has absolutely nothing to do with us as a club all this and us getting brought into the middle of it will only make things worse. The FA need to make a statement and be done with it.I think we need a statement from the premier league and possibly Spurs to say a rematch will not be agreed. I can see what you mean but honestly if they did replay it, it would cause absolute carnage compared to mess they made on Saturday.
Agreed. We played the match. Not our fault we benefitted from the offside call and LIVERPOOL's stupidity in getting two sent off and then scoring a 96th minute OG.I hope we stay out of it tbh - it has absolutely nothing to do with us as a club all this and us getting brought into the middle of it will only make things worse. The FA need to make a statement and be done with it.
Spot fucking on. We as a club played the game and did nothing to change the outcome in any way. We played 90 minutes and won 2-1. That's the end of it from Spurs pov.I hope we stay out of it tbh - it has absolutely nothing to do with us as a club all this and us getting brought into the middle of it will only make things worse. The FA need to make a statement and be done with it.
It's taken a few days but he's lost it now.
That last paragraph is completely unnecessary, when I read these statements I implore you to watch the documentary and educate yourself. The irony is that if the game was replayed, all of the pressure is on them to win and none of the pressure is on us. How fucking entitled do you have to be to first demand a replay and then think a replay would guarantee a win.
I guess Hillsborough isn't until April, they needed something to be victims about in the meantime.
The problem with that is that technology isn't infallible, its fairly likely the technology will get it wrong from time to time - what then? If people are complexly unwilling to except things will go wrong from time to time (which they should accept) then the only choice is to slow the game down. Stop the game take 3 mins for every VAR decision. People have lost complete site of the fact that football is a sport.Absolutely the way it should go for offside. See Hoijlund’s goal last night, disallowed, clear image, no fuss.
SameThe arrogance of them demanding a replay like it’s a given that they would win. I hate them with a passion
That's disgusting. Shame on youThe irony is that if the game was replayed, all of the pressure is on them to win and none of the pressure is on us. How fucking entitled do you have to be to first demand a replay and then think a replay would guarantee a win.

It’s not spurs mate it’s modern society and modern football. You cant celebrate a goal anymore properly and now you cant even celebrate a win, several days after game is finished. Why is it always Spurs? such a cursed club.
It's taken a few days but he's lost it now.
Good. They’re the epitome of entitled. All non Spurs fans (and a good few Spurs fans) on social media had sympathy for Liverpool over the weekend. Today, since the possibility of a replay has been mentioned on sites like SportBible etc (and now Klopp) most of the fans think Liverpool should shut the fuck up and accept it was a mistake. Lots of people beginning to get pissed off with their actions now…..
