Match Threads Spurs Vs Brighton

Flying over to the match for the first time in quite a few years with two of my kids (their first ever time)...wondering if someone could give us some advice ??

Is the club shop open all the time? We plan to be at the ground a couple of hours before kick off but just wondered if we can get into the shop before that? Anything else in or around the stadium worth checking out prior to kick off?

After the match we need to get a taxi to our hotel (about a 2 mile trip - too far to walk with the kids after a long day)....where is the best place to get a taxi....or should we book an Uber? Are there some streets closed for matches that would affect our pick up point?

Is there a super market/shop that is open late close to the stadium after the match where we could stock up with some food before heading back to the hotel?

Thanks for any advice.....I know these questions seem trivial but this trip is a long time in the making and want it to go smoothly!

Have a great time Kung fu. I would be amazed if the club shop isn't open. But they surely have an email or something where you can ask. Or maybe Google its opening hours
I've never caught a taxi from the ground in all my 60 years of following the club, so can't really advise.
At my time of life I would be nervous phoning a minicab service that I didn't know on a Saturday night, but probably that's just me. Maybe Uber is safer, but have never used them so can't comment. Best of luck, hope someone can answer your questions. Maybe do some research as well re taxis etc. London isn't the most dangerous city in the world, but it is full of danger, so prior research is always a good thing.

The High Road is closed to vehicles before and after matches, from Lordship Lane to a point similarly far north of the stadium.

In the High Road south of the stadium on the west side are a Sainsbury’s Local and a big Turkish supermarket almost next to it. The latter is good.

Kung fu, I am sure the Tottenham experience will be open all day and evening on Saturday.
It depends where your hotel
Is located, for no walking White Hart Lane station is your best bet.
I am also flying over for the game and I use Tottenham Hale tube, about a mile away from the ground.
Have a great time.

Not sure what time that Sainsburys is open to on a Saturday night , bearing in mind the game might not finish till after 10:30 pm if it goes to extra time or penalties. The best place to get a taxi from after the game is at the junction of the high road and lordship lane where the road closure ends. You may be better off eating in one of the cafes on the high road before the game.

As DC says, whl station is an easy walk. The queues are long though. So be prepared to wait, maybe as long as thirty minutes, so best if no one needs to go to the toilet. Maybe go before you leave the ground
Once on the train you can connect with various tube lines at different stops eg seven sisters and Liverpool Street
Cost wise a taxi is probably similar to three train tickets, but maybe you will already have a public transport day or weekend ticket
The chaos of the crowds after the game makes buying a ticket then problematic ?

Spain maybe have different rules? maybe Auba doesn't need a work permit?

Anyways our players in the mains hould be fully rested now, we should have a fit Son, Kane should be raring to go and we should have Emerson bombing down the right given his holiday to South America.

where are you staying what area i am guessing your going away from central London if your only a couple of miles away

I think it's great kick off time. Means I don't have to watch those two Geordie midgets feigning understanding when one of the contestants doesn't know how many singers were in The Four Tops and presses 1 to be on the safe side.
