No problem. Mine's had many years of training.

I still get the complaint, when I leap off the sofa screaming 'Keano! Keano!!' etc., that she's had to put up with noisy kids all day and could do without me going mental, but, basically, I win.

You just have to be open and honest. 'Look, on certain days of the year I am going to be going absolutely mental one way or the other. Totally euphoric, or deep depression. Can you cope with that? Particularly the deep depression bit?'

If she says yes, you know you're on to a winner. If she says no, you know what to do.

we'll I volunteered to look after my kids whilst my ex goes out. well i really should get some use of the 42" plazma and 3 grand leather sofa I'm still paying for hey ;)

Of course I told my gf that it was 'my turn' this year have the kids on Valentines. Next year i'll just get a different gf so I can use the same excuse again :) LOL ....... next year it is on a Saturday ok !

Taking her out there with me! Originally booked the flights thinking it was on the 13th, telling her we'd go to the game then spend 14th in prague. When the dates changed I thought it might go tits up but she's still up for it- result.
