Chelsea are absolute dog.

Said a few weeks ago we were nailed on for 5th with a small chance of someone catching us and slipping to 6th and that’s exactly how it’s looking.

Need minimum a draw tomorrow 🙏

pound for pound who has been a worse signing overall, mudryk or antony?

antony scoring today will likely skew this.
It's comfortably Antony, who isn't particularly good at anything. Even Ten Hag, who knows him inside out, can't get a tune from him.

Mudryk is actually a good player with a high ceiling, he just hasn't settled yet and he's in a clusterfuck of a club.

He’s shown nothing to suggest he’s a good player with any kind of ceiling. Antony is actually a really hard worker and defensively is pretty sound, obviously not a 80m player but by far the better of the two.

You just know Chelsea and Liverpool will play out of their skins against us next week.

They will, but we will allow it to a degree also. Need to start rising to the occasion eventually and stop blaming it on the belief that teams are more fired up because it's us.

We should be beating this Chelsea side whether they're fired up or not, but I personally don't have the greatest of confidence that we will.

All PL players work hard, and Antony isn't employed for his defensive duties. Mudryk showed a lot of talent at SD and for his country, so we'll have to agree to disagree.

I actually think there’s a player in Mudryk, I just think this move completely destroyed his confidence and he’s not playing his natural game. It was pretty well documented how he essentially had his heart set on Arsenal and was pushed to go to Chelsea due to their superior offer. I have seen some quality performances of his for SD in Europe, he’s got talent imo. If he manages to get back up his best or not is another question entirely, i have a feeling we will never see what he’s really capable of in a Chelsea shirt which means it really depends how long he’s there and if it has any lasting effect on his development.

Madueke is a living, breathing example of why we need to give our academy players a sniff of hope of making a breakthrough.
Hopefully European competition next year will open up a few opportunities.
