Ha “VAR felt it was a reckless follow through more than intentional, and more foot than ankle”

They haven’t a clue have they.

I actually don't want the Ref to go to the screen in this instance. He saw the play in real-time, and gave a Yellow. Fair result, imo - I think upgrading this to a red (or others that have been elevated) would be re-officiating the game unnecessarily.

I HATE when VAR uses slow-motion, and still shots to try and make a decision. If its not a clear and obvious error when watching in real-time, then the call on the field stands.
I see your point.... but tell me why it's not a clear and obvious error with all the similar incidents that have resulted in red cards this season ? ... I'm just confused regarding the meaning of VAR here 🤷‍♂️ ...

That's absolutley a foul on the GK. It wasn't a coming together. He boxes him out like it's basketball.

These things tend to balance out, performances not pens/cards.

Saw a vídeo of Chelsea's tactical woes and it is exactly the same issue he had at spurs.

Passing the ball from side to side and very little ability to penetrate through.

Also very evident, the little amount of movement in final third.

Basically last 2 years of his time as Spurs coach

Asking for a handball like that should be a fucking booking. Guy had his hands behind his back and Willian asks for a pen!

I'd say the chances of England being involved in a shootout are greater than 50%, in which case you absolutely want someone like Palmer.
Palmer is good enough to be selected in the squad on ability alone, even if England has the best attacking midfield/winger depth in international football.

You have to remember the Southgate factor. Just because someone’s a good player doesn’t mean Gary will pick him.

Fulham are wide open. No shape to them at all. A better team would cause Chelsea severe problems.

Assume it's this film?

Yes this game has bored me that much I went off googling the film instead. Seems as though it's promotion and not actually filming (sod knows the link).

EDIT: Enzo did some promotion as well..
It was supposed to have been released last year but has been put back a few times, it's been on my release calendar for about a year. Had no idea it had anything to do with Chelsea owners

With world class finishers like this ahead of him - not sure there is room in the England squad for Palmer.
