A lot of people are seriously questioning whether what we're watching is football any more.

No crowds, catastrophic economics, corruption and ineptitude, and mind-bendingly stupid anti-football rules.

And West Ham.

Maybe football really has died and we're watching its corpse putrefying in front of our eyes, out of nothing more than habit.

Good morning everyone.

The weird thing is that the games themselves seem far more attacking and high scoring.

With defenders having to run around with their arms at their sides and the inability to do much more than sneeze in the path of an attacker, it's not a surprise.

As Jenas said last night, it's FIFA using the excuse of 'consistency' across all the leagues. It just so happens that 'consistency' is being more like the a majority that were doing it badly.

It also just so happens that 'consistency' is being more open to questionable practices. Which is more consistent with FIFA in general.

we should’ve signed Grealish 2 years ago when he was cheap and ready to come he would’ve been a ready made Eriksen replacement

Fulham are terrible. They look the only newly promoted team headed right back down
WBA had a good first half against Chelsea but they've been woeful in the other two.

Right now and purely based on what they've shown so far I think it's likely Fulham, WBA and one from Sheffield United and Burnley drop.

Fulham look OK in an attacking sense but absolutely dog shit in defensive organisation

Easy to say but we may then have not signed Lo Celso or Ndombele. Those two will be stars for us. Grealish is some player though.

Yeah, I can see Parker getting sacked. Don't think the Fulham board will back him with any more signings, unfortunately.

Think it's safe to say that Fulham are going straight back when they came from, they're actually worse than Norwich last season.

So basically every time the ref goes to the monitor they're gonna reverse their decisions, great.

We have a load of weak characters taking charge of matches.
