Gazza did this all the time.He may of been wearing layers to sweat some extra weight off.
He probably just tried to do his hair himself during lockdown and effed up the back - the beanie is hiding a mistake which looks like he's lost a fight with a lawnmower. He looks dapper as fuck in that photo with the Yankee hat on!
There could be something in it about him layering up to sweat off. He's effectively cutting, getting rid of any excess. Could explain why he's not playing much due to a temporary lack of energy as a result?
That's a lot of assumption and projection.
I give you John Barnes or Clint Dempsey for playing the rap culture and to be fair Barnes nailed it people loved it his cameo.
He’s the only person in todays pictures wearing full body covering and a seemingly woolen beanie on the hottest day of the year. It’s just a weird social misfit and cannot be rewarded with gametime. On the other hand he’s too talented to sell and take a major loss - and the precident cannot be set of agitation in the press and refusal to play getting traction...so it’s going to be a long war of attrition in the press. Maybe by year 3 he’ll present professionally because I don’t see us selling at a loss nor (correctly imo) do I see Mourinho coming further to accommodate him. He will eventually have to lose the pounds the clothes and the ghetto attitude because is ‘soldiers’ or nothing in a Jose system. For next year I think we’ll use Fernandez in the right of 3Cm position more.
There's nothing to debate. "Ghetto" and "street" are at the very least racially loaded terms, and it's sad you can't see that.Heavy Jewelry, rings necklaces, brand clothing, facial hair splashed to the max. Like in gansta rap culture. Put another way the sort of stuff that would be plainly out of place in a corporate environment... are we so pc that my comment is ‘racist’ or inappropriate now!? Actually spare me the answer I don’t care to invest the time debating a point which is beyond obvious to me.
This might be the worst post i've seen on this forum. You are both ignorant and wrong in this post. Additionally the "ghetto attitude" comment is racist.
I think you need to go have a word with yourself on this one.
You definitely helped Prince Andrew write his answers to that car crash Epstein interview.Heavy Jewelry, rings necklaces, brand clothing, facial hair splashed to the max. Like in gansta rap culture. To me it seems an entirely legitimate observation that he takes a certain ‘street’ mentality if you prefer that language which sad the same thing perhaps without being accused of racial undertones. Or he’ll the kid who’s ‘too cool for school attitude in training last in the pack’ if I have to go all nicely Ali Gold to make the same point!
For gds sake grow up people, black lives mattering doesn’t mean that a particular cultural behavior now is ‘equally acceptable’ in the professional work place. Again Mourinho wants to work with soldiers (as did Ferguson) married simple haircuts no frillsno standing out from the team and so do I.
To bolster the point Ive read a poster in the last 24 hrs who I consider a reliable ITK say that he turned up to the training ground with two friends, all with trousers below their butts and Mourinho went mad andbanned them from the training ground and sent him to train alone when he refused to warm down properly. Could it all be smoke...perhaps but it fits the personality I perceive- And yes Mourinho has form for falling out, is a snide narcissistic bully who lacks empathy- but right now it’s all good with me that he’s our manager until/if he fails and that style of sociopathy is the best chance we have to over perform to the point where we may realistically be able to win things.
I don’t think he could be any more different to Sissoko as a footballer if you tried ?
Wearing layers only sweats weight off until you rehydrate. He may of been wearing layers to sweat some extra weight off.
You also burn more energyWearing layers only sweats weight off until you rehydrate.
NDombele and Lo Celso midfield with NDombele sitting deeper could be a dream midfield 2. Need to see him getting minutes soon. He’s way too talented not to be playing.
Interestingly I saw an interview with Klopp where he spoke of his first meeting with Mane. He talked about how Mane dressed like a rapper and his aloof demeanour didn't seem like he cared very much.Heavy Jewelry, rings necklaces, brand clothing, facial hair splashed to the max. He hasn’t shown much effort lately but I’ll disagree he has no defensive ability. He was fantastic defensively in the first City game of the season. This is what I don’t understand. Ndombele has no defensive ability or reading of the game but has great ability on the ball to unlock things. Lo Celso is tenacious, gets his foot in and can transition from deep. Why would anyone want Ndombele as the deeper of the two?
I quoted public facts about his dress and demeanor and I’m an intolerant ignorant bigot by your description...As a person of colour, I'll simply say that the opinions expressed by you exemplify why Black Lives Matter is so important. Intolerance, ignorance and bigotry all rolled into 1 post and doubled down with "pc gone mad".
But I do have to thank you, because Ive used your post to show my 15 and 12 year old exactly what intolerance looks like and why they need to be the agents of change.
You saw he was wearing a hat and tracksuit in the middle of summer and immediately jumped to the conclusion that it was 'ghetto' and indicative of a bad attitude. In every photo of him out of training I've seen he dresses very similar to plenty of other footballers.I quoted public facts about his dress and demeanor and I’m an intolerant ignorant bigot by your description...
