On Kane, I was just thinking today that the break might've done him the world of good. We all know he repeatedly forces his way back into the team when he's not fully recovered usually but not having any games has meant he's had no choice but to wait. Will hopefully mean he can hit the ground running.

Harry said in an interview recently that for the first time in years he had’nt kicked a football for around 6 months.

Physically and perhaps even mentally that has to be a good thing for Harry.

I wonder, Kane aside if it will give other players a kick up the ass mentally, perhaps they take football for granted and now they've had a real eye opener on how quickly it can all go away so they should give it all now. I remember Grealish got some injury to his lungs and he said his career was so close to being over that's what turned it around for him.

As I remember it Kane bullied the shit out of the entire Man U back line in the 2-0 at Wembley where Eriksen scores after a few seconds. Didn’t score but was unlucky not to.

It’s not gonna happen in the next window. No chance. Next summer is a different story.
Agree, this year will be to complicated. And I think Kane, unless we loose most of the last 8 games will give Jose a season. But I can completely see him pushing for the exit next summer if we don't seriously challenge for the PL. Which I think will be almost impossible unless we spend which we won't.

Hmmm not sure about that, we was useless for over half that game but yea he was ok in it.

To be fair, he really wasn't useless. In fact, Moura got so much space because Smalling was trying to keep Kane as close as possible.

He scored a fantastic header too.

I was there for that game and he was not useless!

Respect your opinion though dude.
