Because Davies has actually shown this season that he can be a capable player. Emerson has been shit since he got here and tbh was never that good, has always been overrated

He slipped vs Mura too and cost us a goal, other players slip and get shit on, namely Sanchez. Davies has made many mistakes this season that have led to goals but he doesn't get 1/100th of what other players get in the flack department.
