Our fans, unfortunately, must be one of the most entitled fan bases in the league despite us not winning anything for decades. No wonder we are universally hated and our club is seen as a joke. It's all our own fault and some fans need to take a serious look at themselves.

Quite disgusted today to be associated with this club on the back of that performance from however many "fans" in the stadium it was. Absolutely classless, entitled, and some of the most small-time shit I've ever seen toward a man who's always been there when called upon. Sadly any moron thick enough to act in such a manner is probably unlikely to take the proper look at themselves that's required.

This isn't really about Sanchez. It's just unfortunate for him that he's the latest player fans are projecting their anger at (same with Emerson previously). The fans have been unhappy for some time and they're just looking to take it out on someone. It's completely wrong and it's sad it has come to this. I will say though that the difference with Sanchez and Emerson is that Emerson was doing ok just not an attacking wing back that fans wanted. Sanchez was so bad in Sheffield and has looked so rocky every time he has come on. The manager really should not be bringing him on in the first place. He can't play left side and we've moved our better defender to accommodate that when Tanganga would be better off coming on for the left or switching to a back 4. There's no excuse for those fans booing our own but the manager has done no favours either. Shit show all round.

The natural consequence of the club's 'money-first always' business model. A player purchased for £40m and, essentially, not allowed to leave until management find a way to recoup their loss or make a profit on him. Regardless of whether he's at the required level and regardless of whether he will or won't lose you or win you points. Nobody deserves what happened to Davinson today. A scapegoat for Levy and for the Board. The latest sponge for fans understandable anger and resentment at what's happened to the club.

Shame on anyone who boo’d Sanchez today, absolute embarrassment to football and being a human being. No matter how poor the football is, that’s just not acceptable

I hope we sing his name though in the Utd game. Let him and the other players know the ones who boo are in the minority. It does the club no favours if we create this toxic atmosphere for the players. Who would want to play for us if we act this way? It's important to create a positive response in the next home game.

I don’t think he’s the major problem. He was fine in a system that didn’t invite unnecessary pressure and under competent management.

Think we may have the worst fanbase in the league now. We treat our own players like utter shit and then demand loyalty from players like Kane when it comes to signing new contracts. We are just a complete circus from top to bottom and its getting to the point where its more enjoyable to not follow football at the moment.

Thing is it's not even a loss we need to recoup. 40m has been paid off with several decent years particularly under Poch where he was a good squad player. We can't even think of him as a 40m player. Maybe Levy thinks if he keeps him for 10 years it's only 4m per season? We sold Sissoko for a couple of million, the main issue was the long contract we gave Sanchez so he has been happy to stay rather than leave and take a cut. In fairness if you're on big wages why should you then take a cut? Football careers are relatively short. It's just another example of why Levy must go.

Only just got home from the match, disgusted with the way 80% of the stadium treated Sanchez today. Felt like people were revelling in his failure, fucking grim stuff.

Gave him a standing ovation when he was subbed and shouted at some of the ****s jeering him near me but not going to make a difference. What a shit thing to do to someone you’re meant to be supporting. I hope the club is giving him support behind the scenes, I would feel so low if I was in his position.

Never been embarrassed to say that I was in the crowd for a Tottenham game but I think I am today. There are a lot of angry, petulant little children in our home crowd.

I was not at the game but watched on a stream. I have never liked Sanchez as a player and always thought he was a frightened rabbit with no confidence most of the time apart from a few rare good spells where he was OK.
Today he was even worse than usual and cost us two goals. He epitomises everything that is wrong with a spurs currently.
However if I had been at the match I would never have booed him. As others have said it is too counter-productive. We are supposed to be supporters after all.
The person we must boo is Levy. He is a good administrator but a lousy football man who never learns from his mistakes and is the sole reason we are where we are. Levy out.

Just a miserable enterprise. This is what happens when you keep attributing a lack of success to character flaws - you get *another* player hounded off the pitch by his own fans who's obviously trying. It's a toxic trait, the suggestion that the reason we haven't won is because our players don't want it enough and I fucking despise it. Fans take bad performances personally, like they're intentionally doing it to upset you, and it's disgusting. I want nothing more from the new manager than someone who doesn't promote this idea that professional footballers who have spent their entire lives working towards an incredibly unlikely career don't want to succeed.

Sad way for him to go out today. Had a woeful game (pretty much why we lost from a position of total control) and is on the list of players that need to be sold, but just on a human level you feel for him, and that was really really poor from the supporters.
From some supporters. Let’s get this correct. The vocal ones also singing we want Levy out. I asked the guy behind me if he had 4 billion spare? Easy to vocalise displeasure.

Just look at Liverpool, they are having a way worse season than us and the are coming from several years of great football and are used to winning. When they are behind, the kopp gets louder and even sing Salahs name after missing a pen.

Our fans have so much to learn. As this sigh and booing just pulls players down and make them nervous. So the fans at the stadium, either get your act together or do not go to the stadium as this will be your weekend for man many more years

Also it is a double loss, as you pay and fill the pockets of Enic while still not supporting the team with BOOS . you are ONLY supporting Enic!
It’s easier to support players when those players have given you an incredible trophy haul over a 5/6 year period.

I’m not condoning the booing of our own players, but the frustration is gonna come from every direction in the remaining homes games, Davinson is just the start.

Our fan base has stored up anger due to many factors, but Arsenal being top of the league and playing incredible football really doesn’t help us get any solace here.

I’m fairly sure after this showing today, we will see very little points return from our remaining games and the confidence being drained from the players game by game.

This season needs to end.

It's the embarrassing state of fans these days.
Through all the years that I used to be able to get to games, mostly when we were poor to shite, I can't actually think of one time the fans at the stadium booed.
Well, apart from once which was the Ghaly shirt throwing incident.

These days, fans seem to boo at every chance and it almost makes me glad that I can't get to games anymore.

I hate to see the world "entitled" thrown around but sometimes, I can't think of any other reason for that behaviour.

I was in the stadium and had to tell a few people off for booing. Disgraceful.
I was in the North Lower so didn’t hear anyone around me but fair play to you, it’s a fucking embarrassment. Every person that booed a Spurs player while he was playing for the club, trying (albeit is just rubbish) should be ashamed of themselves
