I think that emoji means that you are on track and if so it makes me very happy.
By that I mean, I like Danny and would want him to stay but if better for his health to move and the club is supporting it, that is terrific.

Agree but I’m not sure how moving to a club like Juventus would help his mental health given how visible racism is in the Italian leagues and this is something that has profoundly affected him in the past. Of course the links to Juventus could be more precarious than Hercules’ nads right now

It’ll be interesting to see if the press manage to get hold of Danny today or tomorrow. He’ll be honest, that’s for sure.

Selling Rose would be mind-numbingly stupid.

Maybe if somebody wanted to buy him for 40-50M, but not this 20M bs.

I hope that little idea has been put to bed and we/he ready to move forward

As someone who isn't a member of the Danny Rose fan club (or to be more specific, the post 2016/17 Danny Rose fan club) i have to hold my hands up and say that if the player that finished last season, and the player that played 45 mins tonight, can continue to be the same player throughout the coming season, then i would happily reverse my thinking that he should be sold and i'll be happy to see him in our starting line up. I honestly thought his injuries AND mental health issues had got the better of him. I'd be very pleased to be proved wrong.

He was great tonight and as you said was good towards the end of last season.. If sold we have no one better and we won't get a comparable player for £20m

I never wanted to sell Rose so I hope if he stays then it is an amicable situation. The last thing we need is a key player coming back into the fold only because we couldn’t flog him against his own wishes.

Never got the impression we were selling Rose against his wishes. All summer i’ve thought that it was a mutual decision between Rose and the club.

Georgiu replaced him, who didn’t do so well, Madrid weren’t great

I don't see how he didn't do well tbh. For a 22 year old who has played pretty much no first team football, he seemed fine against Madrid.

Didn't seem to make any mistakes, got stuck in etc.

Not to say he would replace or concern Rose, but it's a stretch imo to say he "didn't do so well".

I think he has been a half a step too slow now despite his weight loss after his injury.
I always liked his tackling and toughness.

Fair comment, but i attribute it to rather not being fully match fit. Aah well lets see how things pan out.

Rose, Toby, Dier are my warrior's....Moura is fast joining them.
