I'm intrigued by lenglet and how he gets on. I don't know much about him but have heard a range of positive and negative. Hopefully it's a case of a player getting a fresh start in a settled and structured team.

Usually when we're linked to players I don't know well, we hear a load of hyperbole and about how he's the best thing since sliced bread... Hopefully lenglet will be a bargain of a loan.

Dropped, but he was a regular a couple of seasons back and a part of the Euro's squad. I mean, France have so many top CBs, you aren't going to get called up let alone play unless you are playing really well for your club.

LCB in their back 3 is particularly strong with Lucas Hernandez and Presnel Kimpembe to compete against

No, you're definitely completely wrong. Barca are in the process of drastically restructuring their debt, plus Lenglet is nowhere near one of their highest earners. I'm sure they'd like to get the deal done just because, but it's hardly the most pressing item on their agenda.
